Terms of Service

The terms for installing, playing, and using Commonwealth.

Effective March 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Commonwealth (“the Game”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

2. License

Runeworks LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game or its content.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
  • Use the Game for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Game
  • Exploit bugs or glitches for purposes other than reporting them to the developer

4. Intellectual Property

All content in Commonwealth—including but not limited to artwork, text, music, game mechanics, and source code—is the property of Runeworks LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The name “Commonwealth” and the Runeworks logo are trademarks of Runeworks LLC.

5. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Runeworks LLC does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runeworks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data or saved game progress.

8. Modifications to the Game & Terms

Runeworks LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
